ADIL graduated from Western Mindanao State University in Zamboanga City, Philippines and took up Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering as a state scholar, then advanced to take Masteral studies in Public Administration. Atty. Adil obtained his Law Degree in Western Mindanao State University.
GLENN GUIAB CABAÑEZ graduated from University of the EAST (UE) in the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Major in Business Management as his pre-law, then proceeded to obtain his degree in Law in the same university. Atty. Glenn then took his Master’s degree in International Maritime Law in Valetta, Malta.
